At LaserMan the process begins with our Project Managers who are involved in every aspect of your work from the initial quote though completion of services and ongoing support. Our Project Managers will provide you with a total sense of security and the knowledge that your job will be done correctly, efficiently and on time. All Project Managers keep thorough records and reports, which are updated daily and are available to our customers immediately upon request.

Our experienced industrial engineers will review your designs and suggest changes to make you project flow through our shop and produce part with less difficulty and improve quality and productive.  They will work with the Project Managers to help you select the right equipment for your needs. Utilizing our CAD/CAM capabilities, they will create detailed designs and help reduce manufacturing costs.

We will provide ongoing support to improve the fabrication process specifically for your parts to help you reduce costs. For repeat business,we will use our experience to improve your designs and reduce manufacturing costs. If we understand your design intent, we may be able to suggest small changes to your products for large savings.

LayOut Process

We only hire Industrial Engineers who have had practical real world machinist experience. Their unique ability to do the work as well as Engineer the work delivers a better product in the end. From 2D drawings to 3D SolidWorks drawings we turn your ideas into reality. Our Engineers will work with your team to refine the drawings and get them turned into something that can be easily produced at the lowest cost with best quality possible.

Laser Cutting

Our two 60 x 120″ cutting table allows us to take on both the small quantity and large volume jobs quickly and with unmatched precision. We can cut carbon steel up to 3/4″, stainless steel to 1/2”, and aluminum to 3/8”. We use a dual-pallet table that adds the benefit of speed: as one piece of metal finishes, we can actively load the next piece to produce clean, super-accurate metal parts.

Laser Tube Cutting

We have a laser machine with a rotary axis this will process tubing and help control cost of your frame projects.

Press Brake

We operate a fleet of CNC brakes from sizes ranging 48″, 96″ and 120″. These modern CNC controlled brakes are able to bend large pieces with the utmost accuracy, with forces up to 138 tons.

Welding

Welding is our specialty especially pharmaceutical and food service quality welding and polishing. Our highly trained, expert welders are proficient in MIG and TIG welding. You will see tight beads with no burs and perfect coverage. These artisans take their craft seriously.
